I use 18 gauge wire because it will hold its shape well, yet still be adjustable and comfortable.
This listing is for one (1) faux nose septum ring with a tiny charm for $6, regardless of the charm you choose.
** NOTE: For reasons of hygiene, nose rings cannot be returned.
